My father passed away a couple of months ago and I've just recived my Letter of Authority to deal with his personal accounts etc. I want to mail the death certificate, a copy of my authority and a letter requesting an adjusted final balance for his in-home account.
For the life of me I can't find an address on the website for sending correspondence unless it's for a bill payment which the stub says "we will not review or honor other written notifications" Can anyone help me?
