I live in a two family house and I already have a fios account and the people upstairs also have fios I am installing a second account at my home so that I could add another Dvr since I already have the max. There were two ONT boxes outside of the home until recently I noticed one had changed, but there are still two large boxes outside the house. Can they install my new service on the current ONTS or do they have to install another one of big boxes outside the home? I am trying to avoid that.
