Why am I paying 90 bucks to have a tech come out and install my modem. I installed the first two. Why do I need this guy?
Did you upgrade your speed from 75Mbps or lower to something faster? The tech is likely coming out to either change your ONT, or pull Ethernet (CAT5e/CAT6a) cabling.
