I cannot download the Excel formatted version of my online bill for past months

I used to be able to get the breakdown of the various taxes for voice, tv, and internet on the pdf bill.

Now, I can only get this detail on the online bill - excel format.

However, no matter what month I choose, I still download the current month's bill from Verizon.

I want the past bills, not the current bill!

This seems to be a glitch in the system. Please correct it immediately!

I tried different browsers and computers, and the result is the same.

This is definitely a glitch on your side.
