Hello, does somebody know how to contact the billing department directly?

I have a contract for 2 years, and it still have 13 months left to finish it. But I'm billed for a raised price. I tried to call 18008374966, but couldn't get to the billing department. If somebody know it, please reply with their contact info. Thank you.

If you ccall during normal business hours, customer service should be able to hello with billing issues.

Or look on your bill to see if there is another contact number.
