Attention: Verizon Customer Service
I writing in regards to a bill that I received for Unreturned Equipment. I moved to Florida at the end of June and at that time Verizon sent me a box and a return label. I packed up all of the equipment, put the label on the box and dropped it off at the UPS store in Gainesville, VA on or about June 22nd. I handed it to the clerk and I didn’t wait for a receipt because one it’s a UPS store I have just a lot, two it was your box and your label so I figured you could track it.
Now you are telling me that the equipment was not returned and that I’m responsible. I think you all lost it on your end because I did everything I was supposed to do. Then I was told that you all don’t track the labels that you send to your customers which I find hard to believe.
I have contacted Verizon multiple times to dispute this and I’m always told it will be taken care of.
On 8/24/18 I spoke to Abraham and he told me the equipment was returned (Please check your notes) and that my service had ended on 6/21/18. After I received another bill I spoke to Carlos in 9/18/18 (Please check your notes) and I was told that it will be taken care of and that my credit on $150 (overpayment) will be sent to me. On 10/19/18 I spoke to Chris (Please check your notes) who promised me it would be resolved asap. Now it is 10/25/18 and I am still waiting for this problem to be fixed and my credit of $150 to be sent to me.
I need someone to take care of this or I will file a complaint with the State of VA and the attorney general.
The lack of someone from Verizon to contact me and resolve this issue is unprofessional and illegal. I feel bad for customers who continue to use your fraudulent services.
