I get the error in the title every time I click the on demand button. When I try to use the search feature it says there are "no results for this keyword".

Only happens on one of my STB's the others work fine.

Any luck with resolving this? I get the same error message when trying to access on demand and VZ_MLT_VSRCH__TXT when trying to create a new recording on the DVR

Have you tried rebooting both router and STB?
If so, then you will need to contact support.
