Is it just me or is Fios live tv delayed by 30 seconds or more? I check sports scores from my phone and they’re 30 seconds ahead of live tv on hard wired boxes

It is entirely possible, especially since there is a mandated 5 second delay by the FCC for all live TV. The rest can be chalked up to broadcast and processing delays.
