My connection keeps cutting in and out. Somethimes it will be minutes in between and sometimes repeat in just seconds. The outages last anywhere from 45 seconds to 2-3 minutes. I've had this service for a year with no problems. I have not changed anything, added any new devices or moved the router (verizon supplied). I have reset the router myself and Verizon has done it once and then twice more through their automated system. Calling seems to be doing nothing. Help.
