Hello,
I am unable to fully access my account and pay my bill.
I am able to login to my account. My Profiles and Account Settings seem to be correct.
However, on the flat user interface, the account and customer id code are both empty.
When I click on "Bill & Payment", I receive the red / pink error box: "We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience."
Can someone please help?
