I'm **bleep** off because despite the fact that my account was closed on 8/1, you (Verizon) still sent me a bill for FIOS service from 8/2-9/1 (notice: that time period is AFTER my account was closed). Now, I just recieved a letter from a collection agency "Your account has been turned over to I.C. System". When I try to call you (Verizon), you automatically redirect me to I.C. System. And when I try to talk to I.C. System, they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then disconnect the call. What the heck!!!
