I renewed my contract for 2 year in March, 2018, for it said there was $100 gift card for the renewal on verizon website. And I confirmed with an online representive at that time. However, I have never received a gift card. When I asked online, the representive told me my renewal didn't include a gift card at all. Can I ask what's the criteria for the promotion? Depends on price? Random?
