When I signed up Verizon Fios back in September 2015, the first thing sales person told me is that there will be $100 reward card after being active in service for a few weeks. So I switched from Comcast to Verizon. My service was activated in October and I paid $70 for installation. But I still haven't got my reward card. I called the customer service, I was told there is no record for reward card in my account! Later they transferredme to the reward card department, the guy told me that I am not qualitfied at all. I sitll have the sales person's name and phone number. I called the sales guy, he was like" oh... you will get it, you just need to be patient..." and hang up. Now I am pretty sure he is lying... The customer service person told me there is no such promotion shown up in my account at all and there is nothing they could do..... I am very upset and disppointed with Verizon. Obviously They have got me signed up the contract sucessfully and then deny whatever they promised/advertised earlier! I am thinking to switch back to comcast. At lease, they don't play such trick to their customer and they will do what they promised.
