I placed an order for Fios on June 20th and the earliest installation date they had was July 20th. Today, July 19th, I receive a call that "Verizon Fios is not available in my building". (My "Building" is a residential house which I own, by the way.) I am very disappointed, frustrated and annoyed because they decided to tell me the day before that it's not available, PLUS, they have mailed me letters saying it's available in my area... and I took off from work to be around for the installation. Luckily, I did not cancel my Spectrum service yet. What the hell is going on Verizon? This should be something you know about before we even order. Why bother sending a mailer to me if it's not available?
