I was told that I would get a discount if I switch to unlimited plan for my each account on wireless bill and fios bill. I switched it and for months they charge me full price. I called the customer service, waited on the line for 25 min. When I told her the problem the lady told me there is no such a plan like this. I told her to go to website and check again because promotion is still available. She has 0 knowledge. She couldn’t help me and without saying no words she transfer me to menu again and I waited another 20 min and no customer service agent was available!! This is ridicilous! And also I canceled my premium channel 5 months ago and they still charge me $30 for 5 months and I had the same experience with customer service over 5 month! Customer service agent couldn’t help and hang up on me and still keep charging me. Money they charge over 5 months that they weren’t supposed to charge is over $200. I do not recommend anyone using their service!
