$150 Verizon wireless gift card

I recently signed a new 2 year contract with FIOSand was sent a Verizon wireless gift card as a reward. When I tried to check who's responsible for the card between FIOS and wireless divisions. Need to talk to a person on the phone, but all I get are texting and automation.

The promotion is a gift card to use at Verizon wireless.

As I told others you can use it on your wireless account if you have Verizon wireless or find a person to buy it off you, or swap it for a wireless customer who is about to buy a new phone or pay their bill.

people must read what the offer conditions are prior to doing a new term of service.

Sorry, I forgot to add that when I check the for the balance, I'm being told that the card is invalid. This is the issue I'm getting the runaround about.

Do you have Verizon wireless? You could go and check the balance at one of their stores. Or maybe needs to be activation.

I have Verizon through my employer. I went to a store and they checked by calling the number on th card. They got the same message as I did, card number is invalid. Does anyone have the telephone # for the reward cenyter in Texas?
