Slow download/upload Fios Gigabit service

Hi,

Router test shows decent speed (~750Kb).

DEvice downlaod & upload is redicules. mobile seems to be better than laptop.

All tests ran with Ookla Speedtest:

iphone7 - ~200 download / 150 upload

Macbook running Sierra - ~50 download / 50 upload (tired with MBA running Sierra and got the same)

I have some TPlink extenders but tried while disconnecting them as well.

Tried with LAN as well as Wifi.

When the technicia was here Android speeds were much higer.

HELP!!!!!!!! 😞

The only acceptable test is from verizons speedtest site. No other is acceptable to them.

Wifi speeds are never as fast as a direct ethernet connection to the router.

Is the site to test at. If after testing via a direct ethernet connection the speeds are not what they should be call 1-800-VERIZON and select tech support. Have them run the test to your router and if not up to speed they can have the engineers look at your provisioning.
