My stb randomly rebooted several times the other night and now I can't the name of the tv show when changing channels?
TIme for a full reboot. If that doesn't help, you may have to reload the software to the box. There are posts somewhere on how to force it for Quantum (look for cold boot) and for some of the older boxes.
