How to get Fios in a community where there is no existing Fios service.

Hi,

We are in a community in Plainsboro, NJ. We do not have Fios service in our community. Several of us tried calling the customer service for new connection but were told that Fios is not available at our addresses. Our neighboring communities have Fios.

Is there a department in Fios that we can reach out to?

Unfortunately you can go to http://www.verizon.com/Fios and keep checking for it or to see where it’s available in your locale.

verizon has started building out again in many areas. But that is no guarantee it will reach your area. Their internet is very good.
