I recently got FiOS Gigabit internet but I'm only receiving at max 150/35. I tried calling customer support and was on hold for two hours before their system automatically hung up on me. The technician that came out had to install an ONT (i-211m-l), before he left I tested it and was only receiving roughly 200/250 and a few hours went by then all of a sudden it dropped to 150/35. What do I need to ask their customer service with out them trying to blame my router (Linksys EA9300) causing the issue?
