Switching Router

I am trying to replace my router for business FIOS from a Cisco RV042G to RV320. I configured the new router to be exactly as I need it to be and it works fine on my network however it does not connect to the internet. I set it the WAN to obtain an IP automatically and then let it sit for about 20 min with no luck. What am I doing wrong?

If you didn't release the IP before removing the old router, it can take several hours for dhcp lease to timeout. If waiting still doesn't work, try connecting the old router. If it comes back up, see if it has an option to release wan IP. Do that and try new router again.

Being on a business account, make sure you are not on a static ip. If you are, you can find your static ip info on your business portal page. If not on static, unplug the router for 2 hours to break the lease.
