With the Fios One STB, I've noticed significant picture jitter on some HD channels. Most channels look fine and the picture is great - CBS, FOX, ABC for ex. All motion effects on the TV have been turned off. Why would most channels look great but other HD channels have so much picture jitter? Thanks.
