Last Watched Rail not on my settings?

I don't have the setting for Last Watched Rail (Settings | System | Television | Last Watched rail). I see a bunch of people complaining about it and how to turn it off, but I like this feature (I saw it at a friend's house over the weekend). What do I have to do in order to get this feature?

Those are older boxes and probably have not received the update yet. I think only the Quantum and TV One boxes have the Last Watched Rail.

I think it's only on the Quantum(VMS1100) and TV One(VMS4100) boxes right now. What model do you have?

The DVR box is a Cisco CHS 435HDC, The non-DVR box is a Cisco CHS 335HDC.
