Have had problem for last few years. Tech guys came to house a year ago and fiddled with a few things. Worked for less than a day and hasn't worked since. Annoying.
The issue seems to be with the splitter. For some reason disconnecting and reconnecting the wires gets the channel to come in fine. The technician said it gets stuck in a loop. The answer may be to have fewer splits inside the house.
