On demand movies pixelation or no sound

So frustrating that on demand movies never come through normal. There is always some pixelation or sound issues at some point in every movie! Verizon tech said this is a continuing Verizon problem with no solution. Very discouraging..,,

Does it happen on all boxes?

Do you notice any problems with watchning normal channels?
