I have been trying to submit my paperwork for my fios etf waiver. The form will not submit and I tried calling but apparently fios call center has off on the only day I can call them. I have the documentation but no way of submitting it, is there anyone out there in Verizon land that can help me, would like to get this taken care of as soon as possible.
