I have been having an issue with a charge showing up but then not on my online account or when a customer service agent looks into things. After calling and speaking with someone AT LEAST 7 DIFFERENT TIMES, the issue IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. Finally about 3 calls in we found that there were 2 accounts (1 that wouldn't show up right away) and that was the (said to be) issue. Everytime I get off the phone I am told it is resolved I won't have to deal with the problem anymore, but this is yet to be true, and it's extremely frustrating. I am now into collections and it's ridiculous because I have been so diligently on this issue that isn't even my fault! It is ridiculous and I'm so frustrated - I JUST NEED THIS TO BE SOLVED. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
