In June, when an Xfinity customer, I received an offer from Verizon Wireless to sign up for FIOS service and as a reward, I would receive a $250 gift/debit card from Wireless. I made the switch from Comcast to Verizon. Fast forward 6 months and no card has arrived. I verified (at the time of sign up) with my original agent who signed me up that it was on my order (have her emails stating same).
Why haven't I received this card? Why does Verizon not fulfill their obligations?
