I have been on hold with FIOS tech support for (oh lord) 3 hours!! I'm just wondering if anyone out there knows if they are actually open!! I remember the fiasco with Comcast, laughed hard at that. i've never had this happen to me with Verizon, but it's almost 1:30 on the east coast and i cannot believe i am still hearing their hold music!! meantime, every page i go to online directs me somewhere else, and nowhere does it show their hours!! no question i pose to their automated question answerer, no matter how i word it, gets me the freaking hours. is this a lost cause? Anybody?
