Why am I being charged a late fee when I always mail my payment days in advance of the due date, but when the due date falls on a Sunday you charge me 5.00 because you posted it on Monday, the 23rd, I cannot help it if you and the postal service don't work on Sundays, I have too. Please refund my late fees and I will continure to mail my payments five days in advance Thank YOu {edited for privacy}
