No Video from TV One main box

Main box will not pass any video (only audio) through Denon AVR-S750H receiver. When directly connected to TV it passes video, but only 1080p. When I try to switch to 2160 my screen goes blank. If I connect to NetFlix or YouTube through STB I can send 4K directly to TV. Help!!

First make sure the HDMI input you are using on the Denon is set to enhanced in the Denon input menu. Try doing a power cycle on the box for a minute or two. If that doesnt work, you may need to manually program your TV into the box through the voice control menu in the box. Look for Fios Voice remote in settings, then reprogram for your TV. The TV has to have the fios input setup as enhanced too.First make sure the HDMI input you are using on the Denon is set to enhanced in the Denon input menu.

Thank you - I did check that during setup and everything was set correctly. I could never get it to function so I sent the boxes back. Thanks again for the reply.
