On 4/21 i ordered a complete service disconnect (triple play) but subsequently received an "easy stay credit" of $40/month for a year if I cancelled the disconnect. I took that offer and cancelled the disconnect yet on 5/13 Verizion cancelled my phone service. Since then i've spent hours trying to get my account restored to normal and no one has been able to provide me with answers or a resolution. I've made 3 seperate calls to Verizon only to be disconnected after being on the phone for 25-30 minutes. Can you please have someone reach out to me who can provide a resolution to this?
