Is anyone else in the Natick, MA area been without fios tv service since 12/17? Each time we call customer service, we are told there is a problem in THEIR office with a card and "they're working on it but still have more to do". They give us an "estimated fix time" which is consistently not met and pushed to a future time. Verizon techs: it's been 6 days!!!! Isn't Verizon a premier communications technology company??? Is anyone else having this problem? Is it just our house? Very frustrating.
