Hello I ordered fios and I received envelop about self installation. But there is only guide book, not any cables. Is it normal? Should I buy cables myself or they will send it later?

Self install normally is a Fios router sent via UPS which comes with the ethernet cable and the paperwork to start your account. However there must be a active ONT at your location in order to attach your router to the ONT before you can plug it in and follow the written instructions.
