Now it is acting like a pop-up and keeps opening in a new window when I try to access certain web pages (i.e. my garage door opener website). I also just moved into a new house and have spent at least three hours on the phone with Verizon tech support - each time they think it is fixed, but happens again after I hang up. Also, already confirmed that no issues with billing...
