Paying Final Bill of Less than $1

I can't pay my final bill of $.09 as it won't accept a credit card payment of less than $1.

Appreciate any insights on resolving this issue.

Only in America can this stupid you know what occur.

you can go to a Fios store with your invoice and pay the .09¢ there.

It costs Verizon about $1.43 to send that invoice. How dumb can it get.

i recently had a .02¢ refund due from 4 years ago from a cellular service. Again the cost of the mailing plus postage was far greater than my refund which I am told is going to NYS unclaimed funds department.

So they all do it.
