I have read threads here saying in order to get the new fios tv app to allow you to log in use only letters and numbers in your login credentials. But i have done that and still cannot login. And in the last thread i read the moderator only answered the post in a private message to the OP - not very helpful! Has anyone learned the secret handshake and if so are you reaady to share? This is very frustrating.
