Connected Printer Server to Port 3 on Router, how to find IP Address

So we have this new FIOS Router and i'm connecting my print server to port 3 on this new router, I see there is data moving on port 3, how to determine the ip address given to the device by DHCP for port 3? I don't see the MAC listed in the Router ARP Table

When you log in the router did you go to “My Network”? Ip and mac should be there. Also there is probably network settings on tbe printer’s menu.
