The worst customer service I have ever experienced is from Verizon Fios. Once I switch from Verizon, I will never go back to them.
i am having internet connectivity issues from Saturday, called twice to troubleshoot and set up a service call for Monday. Without talking with me, Verizon decided that my problem was fixed and cancelled my service call when I was waiting for them at home. When I called them and asked, they said they fixed an issue somewhere, assumed that my issue was fixed and cancelled my service call.
They could not arrange anger for a technician to come out to fix my issue. I am terribly disappointed with Verizon. They have no value for people's time. They feel like their customers are sitting at home waiting for them and can miss work as and when Verizon wants them to.
I am thoroughly disgusted with the type of service I have received from Verizon. Wish I never have to come back to Fios service.
