Have not received $50 gift card

I signed up for Verizon in December and was told that I would receive my $50 amazon gift card within 30 days in March. I have yet to receive it. I called again last week and was transferred to a 3rd party vendor. They told me 72 hours. It has been a week. I checked my spam folder. Everyone keeps telling me it is coming and it is not. We are in JUNE and I signed up in December, 2018.

Please email me or snail mail me the $50 gift card.
