I have received multiple emails regarding the Visa Gift Card which was part of my signup for service. I have tried multiple machines, multiple browsers, etc and the link to receive the card is missing in all. I assume that Verizon is hoping that customers will just give up. Has anyone had success in trying to get the Visa? If so, how? Has anyone reached out to the NY AG?
