I cancelled Fios on April 9th. When I called to cancel I was told that I would be sent a final prorated bill with a corrected amount owed. My last billing period was from April 7th - May 6th for $49.99.
I had Fios service for 2 days out of 30 before it was shut off. Now Verizon wants to charge me for the entire month. I have already used online chat and they were no help. Then I called and waited on hold for 26 minutes before the call was answered and quickly disconnected.
I would like my bill to be corrected. I had Fios for 1/15th of the month. I should owe approximately $3.33, not $49.99. It is ridiculous that Verizon is trying to charge me when I did not have service.
