I became eligible on 10/18 for the $150 prepaid visa. The link to register was broken, I got the emails with no link, tried calling, tried facebook messenger. Basically same issues everyone else has been having. Then finally my reward is pending, but "on hold" because my bill wasn't paid.. Except I'm on auto pay so of course it was paid on time. Now I check and it says I'm no longer eligible. What gives? Seems like this reward is just a bait and switch to get people to sign up.
