I have a couple problems with this offer.
1. The promotion says after having my account open for 31 days I'll get a redemption code that expires in 60 days. Before I even received my redemption code, I got an email at 7:17 PM (After Verizon calling center was closed) saying my redemption period is expiring. After that I received my redemption email.
2. Luckily, I check my email fairly regularly so I caught the email before the day ended. However, when I clicked to redeem my offer, I was continually redirected to the My Verizon home page which did not have any redemption options to click.
Does anyone know how I can redeem my offer?
