Hello,
I’ve been calling customer service department for a week now with no resolution. I am a new customer and having the most difficult time having my bill to show the correct amount. My bill is showing the wrong bundle price and also set up fee which were supposed to be waived. WHY is this so hard to fix? I can’t find anyone to help me! I just want to cancel the whole deal all together and go back to DirectTV.
