Apple informed me that my server was hacked. They presented a detailed list of hacking instances and a photo and name of the hacker. They said the hacking took place at the serer level.

Nice try. Doubtful Apple Inc. told you anything about hacking let alone a photo and name of the hacker.
Hacking occurs when you don’t secure your OWN SERVER firewall protection and security protocols. In any case it has nothing to do with Fios
