I HAVE THREE ISSUES

1. My upload speed is one third my download speed, and this is true still after running Optimizer, I ran the speed test 3 times.Latest result: Upload speed12.93.Download speed:28.61

2. Even though I'm connected directly to the moem via ethernet cord,my laptop says I'm connected to wi-fi

3. When I am using MY wi-fi connection, out of the blue, my laptop will switch and show I'm connected to my next door neughbors wifi.

Do two things:

1) Disable wifi on laptop when running test

2) Test to speedtest.verizon.net This will test your connection to the Verizon network which is the only thing they guarantee.
