I’m a new customer and I’m beyond LIVID! Had the service for two days and I’m already ready to give you guys your equipment and go back to optimum! I’d order the SPORTS & NEWS PACKAGE! So why do I have the LIFESTYLE AND REALITY!? How SWAY!?

Call 1-800-VERIZON and be livid with customer service.
this is a customer to customer help forum. And you did not say anything about a problem other than your tv channel package. Call them up and they can assist you.
FIOS dropped the Weather Channel from my contract a few years ago over contract problems. Accu Weather is TERRIBLE.
Now, they are trying to drop CBS, FOX, and Oldies channel in Salisbury, MD. If this happens I will go back to Comcast.

Same advice I gave the other guy. Call Verizon and tell them
have fun at Comcast. Additionally this is the internet portion of Verizon which has zero to do with their TV. 1-800-VERIZON is where you call.
