We just got Fios yesterday and the voice search and manual search on the guide are not working. They worked yesterday. Any ideas? I can’t find a fix online

If all other remote functions work, unplug power to the box for two minutes and then plug it back in. Also remove batteries from remote put them back in after 2 minutes.
