It seems I am not the only one who has not received any help regarding this issue. We were promised $200 in google home products and $150 visa gift card. I recorded two separate links and have tried to use both- neither works and there are no codes to apply. I have called customer service twice and spoke to 3 agents and nothing was resolved. I want to be contacted immediately. This is absurd
